The Fall harvest is in an upswing finally.  Although the damp and dreary days continue we have a bunch of new crops to harvest this week.  Better late than never!  We also had a busy weekend harvesting and bottling honey.

This Fall honey is a much darker amber color than the honey that we harvested in July and has a more robust honey taste.  Some people prefer one or the other.   We still have some jars of the lighter colored honey left too!  Somehow through all the rain drops the bees were able to provide an excellent amount of honey this year.

The harvest this week will include but is not limited too… 😉
