Although the rain still hasn’t arrived, we have been working hard at getting our beds planted with the spring crops. Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Carrots, Beets, Radish, Swiss Chard, Spinach, Leeks, Fennel, Lettuce mixes, & Fava Beans have been planted or transplanted in the past couple weeks.
The aparagus has really started to grow with these last two days of hot weather. The lettuce in the cold frame is also close to ready for its first cuttings! Garden fresh eating is coming soon…
