Balsamic Roasted Asparagus

1 bunch asparagus

2 garlic cloves

half of red onion

2 tablespoons

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

Turn on oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Cut asparagus spears into 2 inch pieces. Cut garlic into slivers. Cut half onion and into slices. Place veggies in mixing bowl with oil and vinegar. Mix well. Place evenly on baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway. Cook a little longer for extra tender.
Goes well with baked potatoes, chicken, on a pizza or in a salad. Great cold for next days lunch!
